Social Media Support of Athlete

This past weekend, even if you are not a basketball fan, I'm sure everyone heard about Kevin Ware and his horrendous injury. One of the biggest reasons this trended so quickly is simply because of social media. Once one person saw it on TV, they put it on social media, and suddenly the entire nation was aware of this tragedy. Do you think that has been supportive of Kevin Ware, or do you believe that this is intrusive and he should be left to recover in peace?

  1. I almost puked when I watched the video. Well... millions of people saw the game live and when Ware damaged his leg. I think that media did not have much control over the videos and photos of Ware. I would say it is better if we continue to be supportive.
