School Shooting Motives

With so many school shootings occurring each year it seems the one question that keeps popping up is: why? Society seems desperate for an answer and a solution to these heinous acts, like the one that occurred in Sandy Hook, Connecticut just a few months ago. However, the real question is: will we ever find an answer? Mental issues play a big part in some shootings but most motives are still unknown.

Do you think the US will be able to find motives behind these acts and prevent them or is it an endless cycle that will forever worry citizens?
