First Integrated Prom

Students at a high school in Georgia are preparing to hold their first ever integrated prom. In the past the student's parents would host two separate proms for the students, one for African Americans and another for Caucasians.

  2. I think its awesome that they are finally changing their ways of the pass and allowing an integrated prom! I was shocked when first reading the article, I didn't know things were still so segregated! I hope theres a huge turn out for the prom, and that everything goes as planned.
