Unsafe Facebook

The article says that Facebook is recommending users to check their privacy settings due to Facebook's new search tool. This new addition to Facebook allows strangers to find out who you are, what your interests are, as well are where you go and hang out even with certain privacy settings on.

Do you think it is time Facebook draws a line?

  3. I don't think facebook should be eliminated all together, I just think people need to be more careful and put their profile on private and change their settings.

  4. I remember when I first got my Facebook. my parents were really skeptical and thought that putting information online about myself was a very bad idea. I do agree to some extent that it could be dangerous but thats only if your are posting really personal things. I agree with Kristen and think that if people just change there settings Facebook would not be an issue.

  5. I agree Kristin, it's obvious that technology is too far developed to go anywhere and the same goes for social media. So I think it's that we need to learn how to use social media and Facebook, not let it use us.
