Compromised Car Safety?

There are so many incidents of people losing their lives to texting and driving. Now let's imagine video chatting while driving. That just can't be a good idea. What do you all think?

    That is crazy! This should not happen. We are already distracted enough in the car with our passenger(s), music, and phone calls. This would increase car accidents.
