Do you believe Manti Te'o?

Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o has recently been put in the spotlight for the news surrounding his fake girlfriend. Some people believe he was a part of the fake relationship and fake death of the woman to gain pity votes for the Heisman Trophy. Te'o told Katie Couric he lied about ever meeting the woman but was not in on the hoax. Do you think he did it for publicity or was just the victim of a prank?

  1. Personally I feel that Manti Te'o did have a small part, considering, he did lie about meeting his so called girlfriend. But I also believe that he has been "catfished" to a certain extent with how far the prank went. There are always three sides to a story in this case Manti Te'os, the girl's and the truth. Only time will tell.

  2. I think everyone is making a big deal out of something that shouldn't have been exposed. Well known college athlete but who cares, I don't think it's a big issue!
