Myspace and Music

Myspace has recently made some changes to their website, but it seems to be having legal issues with the music that is being used.

Do you think that Myspace should be penalized for using certain music without permission? Do you think that with myspace being revamped that it will get some of its users back?

  1. I dont think Myspace can ever make a comeback and surpass Facebook and they should be held accountable for using music without consent. If it's not okay for people to illegally use music then it shouldn't be okay for a company to either.

  2. Just look at the money. A company is worth what someone will pay for it. Fox pays $580 million then sells it six years later for $35 million. Very large negative R.O.I.! Even then did Justin and the other investors get a bargain? Maybe MySpace is not worth $35 million.
